Following a career in marketing and industrial engineering in Upstate New York, Judy put her problem solving skills to work in Real Estate in the early nineties.  Almost twenty years and hundreds of transactions later, Judy specializes in helping people make sound home selling, purchase and investment decisions in the NC Triangle.

Dedicated to professionalism, Judy has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations. The CRS designation is held by fewer than 4% of REALTORS® nationally and requires a significant mix of education and experience.

Judy is one of the owners and founding partners of the Keller Williams Chapel Hill Market Center and the leader of her own team of specialists.  She and her husband, Jeff, have two children and a border collie.

After 37 successful years in the consumer advocacy, customer service and communications fields, Jeff puts his experience and expertise to work on behalf of our buyer and seller clients in guiding them through transitions in their lives.  Jeff is extremely knowledgeable about the communities, schools and commerce in the Triangle region, and is very familiar with the area’s numerous golf courses and golf communities.

Natalie oversees the operation of the team to maintain our high standards of excellence, efficiency and professionalism. Her efforts allow our agents to focus on superb customer service for each of our buyer and seller clients.

A licensed REALTOR^® herself, Natalie oversees the quality of each buyer's and seller's real estate experience, ensuring that our clients receive the advice and attention they need before, during and after the close of their transaction.

Kaye is a customer service expert with 12+ years experience in the real estate market.  Also a licensed REALTOR^®, Kaye works one-on-one with our seller clients, managing the preparation and marketing for each property, including coordination of measurement and photography, data entry to websites and listing systems, and creation of marketing materials.

Kaye works with both buyers and sellers carefully guiding them through the many steps required from the offer acceptance through the closing. With great attention to detail, she handles scheduling, coordination and communication among the many parties involved in bringing the transactions to a successful close.
